We reserve the right to verify your details before sending you account information for direct deposits. CDs will be posted within 5 working days of payment being received and/or cheques clearing. This can take up to a week so please be patient. We will contact you via email to let you know the status of your order. Each item will be checked for manufacturing faults prior to posting and will be packaged appropriately for shipping, however we do not offer postal insurance and take no responsibility for loss or damage once items have been posted. We do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing fault with the CD. The buyer must pay all postage costs associated with returns. Each CD weighs approximately 125 grams so postage within Australia for one CD costs $5.00 AUD ($3.00 postage plus $2.00 packaging). If you are ordering more than one CD, we will contact you to let you know what the postal charge will be. Postage costs quoted above are for within Australia only. If you are ordering from a country other than Australia I will contact you to confirm postage costs.
